tour experience.
If you take a tour and are not completely satisfied with the tour, email your request for your money back to info@unclesamsnewyork.com with the subject "Refund Request" in the subject line and a statement about the tour you took, your voucher or order #, and the reason you were not completely satisfied with your tour. You will be required to fill out a short survey and speak to a customer service representative who will then approve your refund. Be sure to leave your phone number and email address in the email for our customer service reps to contact you.
This guarantee is only valid for service related problems on the tour that are the fault of the tour operator. Guests must still understand that all sales are final and they must adhere to the conditions of service listed on the website and tour instructions. Refunds are not issued for guests who miss their reserved tour, are late for the tour, or who do not adhere to conditions of the tour, such as bringing a valid form of government identification or adhering to the tour dress code policy.
